Metal moves under armoured transport from the refinery or from your existing custodian. You are never asked to handle it, and it never touches our balance sheet.
Instruction
You set metal, quantity, vault and value date. Onboarding clears AML, KYC and sanctions screening first.
Delivery to the vault
Brink's or Loomis takes possession, weighs and receipts the bars. Liability begins the moment the vault signs.
Allocation
Bars are booked to your sub-account, bar by bar, and appear in your account with their serial numbers.
Documentation
Vault receipt, allocation record and placement confirmation. Sell, withdraw or relocate on two business days' notice.
One fee. Insurance included.
Storage is charged on the market value of your holding, pro rata, billed monthly. Never deducted from funds held against a purchase, and never settled by selling your bars.
Excluding VAT and handling, which vary by location. Insurance against theft, loss and damage is included at every vault.
